This guide links the progression bosses and their biome references. Earlier encounters have detailed fight guides; the new Kall page records what the official 1.0 notes establish and which combat details remain unpublished.
Boss progression
| Order | Boss | Biome | Summon |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Eikthyr | Meadows | Deer Trophies |
| 2 | The Elder | Black Forest | Ancient Seeds |
| 3 | Bonemass | Swamp | Withered Bones |
| 4 | Moder | Mountain | Dragon Eggs |
| 5 | Yagluth | Plains | Fuling Totems |
| 6 | The Queen | Mistlands | Reach the Infested Citadel |
| 7 | Fader | Ashlands | Bells |
| 8 | Kall Fimbulbringer | Deep North | Not published in the cited Iron Gate notes |
Earlier boss guides cover sacrifices, trophies, and progression items. Do not apply their drop or Forsaken Power rules to Kall without evidence; the cited 1.0 notes do not describe those details.
The 1.0 notes name Kall Fimbulbringer. His boss reference distinguishes confirmed information from unpublished fight details.
Early bosses: learning the pattern
Eikthyr is a low-stakes tutorial fight with starting gear. The Elder is the first fight that rewards real prep — fire arrows turn it from a slog into a quick kill. Bonemass introduces damage-type matchups seriously: Blunt weapons and Poison Resistance Mead matter here in a way they haven't before.
Mid game: gear checks
Moder shifts the fight toward ranged play since she spends much of it airborne. Yagluth is widely described as a genuine difficulty spike — fire, lightning, and a punishing ground-slam attack call for dedicated Fire Resistance prep.
Endgame
The Queen introduces an escalating fight structure, gaining attacks as her health drops, with real add management to juggle alongside the boss herself. Fader is the Ashlands boss before Kall Fimbulbringer in Deep North.
